Leather came from a real creature that was once a living being created in a non-assembly line process.

Every piece is going to be special and unique to you.

What this means is there is always the chance of a slight scarring on the leather or fading in paint but we will always do our best to get you a quality product.

Anything that has customization cannot be returned or refunded outside of our full error.

Any non-customized pieces can be returned at cost of shipment.
If piece is found to be in original quality, a full refund will be issued.

For custom armor and other pieces we will work with you to get correct sizing with some room for growth.

We will provide confirmation information of the sizes before we will make your piece.
